This large, private apt has a kitchen, bathrm, den/office with a sofa bed (double), a large bdrm with queen bed and seating area, private drive, off-street parking (no steps to door). The huge patio has hot tub (4/15-11/15) overlooks wooded backyard (pups love it) & a fairway (city golf course). The central location (pet-friendly neighborhd) is 5-min. drive ($7 Uber) to dwntwn with near/easy access to anywhere-B.R. Pkwy, Biltmore, breweries,hospitals +worlds away for spacious, quiet privacy.

The space
WELCOME! Your private driveway is to the right of the house. You'll park just steps from your door by the huge, covered patio. This is where you can sit at the outdoor dining table to eat a meal you've prepared in the kitchen or ordered to go (several fine choices nearby). Also, on the patio is the popular hot tub kept at a relaxing 104* (terrycloth robes provided)

patio overlooks the large, grassy backyard which is populated with playful squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks and songbirds-and once in a while, a golf cart puttering by on the cart path of the 15th fairway. The bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. The den has a love-seat with fold-out bed and desk & TV (WiFi from Spectrum is 100 mbps). The kitchen is fully stocked with all paper-goods, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. There's a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The stove was replaced by a two-burner hotplate, counter-convection oven, elec. skillet, and crock-pot. A Keurig coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods for you coffee drinkers (tea bags, too). The bathroom has a convenient dispenser in the shower filled with shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel; a lighted makeup mirror is located in the large closet. A stacked washer/dryer is just outside the bathroom (detergent & dryer sheets are provided). Your dog gets his own dog bed and water & food bowls (plus there's a doggy poop bag receptacle on the patio). The apartment is the entire lower level of the house and is separated from upstairs by a stairway (with a portable dog/baby gate) and a locked door at the top. You'll have complete privacy, but Melanie is always available by text/cell.

1 block from the Asheville Rapid Transit stop on Tunnel Road. Located 25 minutes from AVL airport.

The loveseat is a sleeper (full-size bed) sofa, so the apt will accommodate up to 4 at $10 per person per night (over 2 people.)

The dog-friendly neighborhood is a perfect place to safely take a leisurely stroll with access to walking the golf course after 7 p.m.
