I am a native Texas who started my own vacation rental company (A River Runs Thru It) over 14 years ago. My early career was in commercial real estate in Houston, Tx. where I learned the management skills that would eventually prepare me for the booming vacation rental business. Just recently I expanded my vacation rental properties to Pagosa Springs Colorado. I love the mountains of Colorado as well as the hill country of Texas so decided I could have them both!
