We can print the documents if the guest can submit the documents to us. If not, the guests may show the documents upon check-in & print their own copy. Please note that there's no printshop near Millenium.
Please note that for bookings made on the same day of check-in or last minute booking, the endorsement may cause some delay, especially during holiday.
The space
Welcome to the Pili Suite, a very clean, safe, and recently renovated studio that’s only a 2-minute walk to the hip Poblacion district of Makati. It is furnished with brand-new decor and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony right outside is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, and you can whip up meals any time in the fully-stocked kitchen.
Meanwhile, the location is accessible to many popular restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops in the heart of Makati. It’s also within walking distance of the Century City Mall.
Parking is available for a fee in the building right across, as well as near 7-11 if there are vacant slots.

Other Things To Note
Please take note of house rules:
Bookings are non-transferable; switching of guests is not allowed after check-in.
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
Check-in time is 2PM. Our team thoroughly disinfects the unit after each guest has checked out, which is why we are unable to accommodate early check-in.
Check-out time is 11AM. We will email you the check-out process.
The WiFi password and other relevant information will be emailed to you upon check-in.
If you wish to extend your stay, let us know by sending us a message at least 24 hours before. Alternatively, you can book an extension through the website directly.
NO WASHER:
Please note that our unit has no washer and no dryer as per listing but there are Laundry shops in the area.
GYM AND POOL ARE NOT AVAILABLE:
Gym, washer and pool are not available.
Parties are not allowed inside the unit.
Strictly NO SWITCHING of guests once checked in.

Last Minute Extension Fee: An extra fee of Php 500 will be charged for any extension request made at or beyond 11AM on the intended day of check out.
How to Avoid the Fee: To avoid the last-minute extension fee, please ensure that all extension requests should be submitted before 9AM of the intended day of checkout.

* Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.
* Keys/access instructions will be provided upon arrival.
Check-Out:
* Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
* Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
* Guests must request late check-out at least 24 hours in advance.
Host's Right to Enter Premises:
We respect our guests' privacy and strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, we reserve the right to enter the unit premises under the following circumstances:
* If a guest has checked out beyond the designated check-out time of 11:15 AM without prior approval or arrangement.
* When there is a need for urgent maintenance or repairs that could affect the safety and well-being of our guests or the property itself.

By making a reservation at our property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
* Guests are responsible for adhering to the specified check-out time of 11:00 AM.
* If a guest chooses to check out beyond the designated check-out time and without prior approval, they may be subject to additional fees as outlined in our policy.
* We are not liable for any inconvenience or disruptions caused by a delayed check-out.
* While we value your privacy, we reserve the right to enter the unit premises for the reasons stated above.
* We are not responsible for any items left behind by guests after their departure. We recommend checking all areas of the accommodation before leaving.
