We manage our own property and take great pride in maintaining our home and love Gulf Harbor for it's perfect location, Old Florida feel and waterfront/marine life vibe. You will have a great relaxing time in this completely remodeled waterfront home that is close to everything including one of the top rated beaches in the country. Perfect quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Brass Tap, Five Guys, Panera Bread, Tropical Smoothie. Upscale shopping and dining is located at Mercato just five minutes from the property including Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Silverspot Cinema, Blue Martini and Capital Grill. Wal-Mart and Publix are within a 5 minute drive. Bring your boat or jet skis as this home offers quick gulf access and great back water fishing. Two Kayaks and four bicycles at the home are perfect for exploring the water or beach. Fish from the backyard for Mangrove Snapper, Snook or watch the Mullet jump. Perhaps you will see a manatee or dolphin cruising the canal as well.
