Maurizio was very kind when we arrived. The apartment was clean, big and has a very good location. We could do everything by foot.

Maurizio is a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay at his place. His apartment is very spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The ceiling painting in the living room is amazing, and it gives all the space a unique feel. The apartment was perfectly clean and the kitchen well equipped. Maurizio left us bottled water in the fridge and some snacks, in case we got hungry. The location is excellent, very central (a few hundred meters from Teatro Massimo) and a great base for exploring Palermo and the surroundings. It is approx 15 min walking distance from the train station and approx 10 min walk to Politeama Theater, where you can catch a bus to the airport and also to the Mondello beach. Even though the neighborhood is very busy during the day, it gets quiet at night, so we slept well. Air-conditioner in the bedroom was definitely a plus. The communication with Maurizio was great from the beginning, he responded quickly to our messages. He received us personally and let us check in early, which we appreciated very much. He gave us lots of recommendations about what to see, where and what to eat (his wife's famous list of restaurants :) and was very attentive during our stay, for anything we might need. If we return to Palermo we will stay at his place again!

Maurizio welcomed us and he gave us very useful information of Palermo. He told us about Montreale and Mondelo, and the visit was worth It. The aparmet was very confortable and clean and it is bigger than the Photos. You can go everywhere in Palermo city by food because the apartment is very well located.

Maurizio's flat though seemingly in the process of restoration from the outside is, inside, stylish and oozes quality It's also well equipped and air conditioned, more than enough to exclude the gritty nature of Palermo's streets in the historic centre and a great location to explore all the fabulous heritage of the city You'll pay for parking but at the moment it's extremely well priced, though that's easy for a Londoner to say, used to paying astronomical prices!

The flat is cozy, big, equipped enough to live without any problem. The picture on the ceiling and antique furniture allow to imagine of being in expensive hotel. Maurizio is very nice hosts, he gave us helpful instructions about traditional restaurants, places where we can buy bus tickets and other helpful instructions. I recommend it.

Maurizio's flat is very central and is big enough for two people. Good points: - The communication with Maurizio was very good from the beginning and he gave us some advices about restaurants and places to visit. He was very reactive to our needs. - 2 bathrooms Bad points: - The wifi was not working very well... that was the worst point of the place. - The single bed in the living room should be changed as it was not very confortable.
