Stylish sunny apartment, private patio, garden & a homely atmosphere. Close to beach/eateries & well stocked village shop. Sea view from the garden. Easy reach Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Good walking. Tesco & Morrisons 4.5 miles. Family size integrated fridge/freezer. I recommend you read our reviews. Good Wifi. Families (old and young! ) well catered for whilst Hope Cove retains its charm. Currently no facility for charging electric cars.

The space
Self catering ground floor apartment with many facilities and homely touches. We provide bed llinen for all stays in excess of three nights. Kitchen pack of oven glove, sponge, tea towel, kitchen towel and hand towel, cling film/foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder AND the all important loo rolls ! Bath mat. One 5ft double and a twin room. 4ft sofa bed in seperate compact room. Bathroom and a shower room

PLEASE NOTE. THIS COVID YEAR WE DO NOT INCLUDE HOUSE TOWELS. SADLEY MANY OF MY BEAUTIFUL TOWELS HAVE BEEN RUINED BY PEOPLE NOT RESPECTING THEM - ESPECIALLY WHEN USING SPRAY TAN.

SADLY Quay Sands is not SUITABLE FOR DISABLED /retristed mobility guests due to steps and small incline from car parking. The key safe is through the green garden gate on your right and situated on the back of the right hand side white brick gate pillar. Code given minimum of 7 days prior.
INFANTS Travel cot available linen not provided. No high Chair available.
Large private patio with table and chairs. sunloungers and coal bbq. Additional picnic bench. Private garden mainly lawn with unfenced slope - see pictures.
Private parking accommodates 2 small cars. Good Wifi. Local bus service but a car is a necessary to fully enjoy the area.

Other things to note
DOG FRIENDLY - Maximum 2 dogs not under 9 months old are accepted at a charge per dog of £10 per night. MAXIMUM £35 per week. They must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to prior agreement. Conditions apply. A deposit may be taken (refundable if no damage). Please contact host prior to booking.

DOG WALKINGN AND THE BEACH. Please walk your dog off site of Quay Sands and clean up after them. Take care on clliff paths.
Please note that dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times on Harbour Beach and other 'time' restrictions apply. Dogs are welcome in nearly all eateries.

Quay Sands in Hope Cove is a family seaside home which we have owned for 20 years and I am proud to say our grand children, who love going to Hope Cove, respresent the 5th generation of our family to stay there.
