Modern and spacious, this beautiful 2-storey house with spectacular panoramic views of Livadi bay as well as the neighbouring islands has been exclusively built to accommodate guests from around the world. Situated on a hilltop and within walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Livadi, it’s very close to all the action but at the same time so far from it all!

The space
The house has two floors. Upstairs there's a living-room - dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower area. Access to the veranda with the bay view is from this floor.
Downstairs there's another bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and another bathroom with a shower area. This floor is on ground level but it can't access the outside area.

Guests have access to the whole house.
This house is part of a complex of 5 houses and the road leading up to it is not paved with asphalt but with cement in the last part and is quite steep. However, all cars and scooters can access it.

Other things to note
Please note that the recent climate resilience tax, 8 euros per night, is collected separately in cash.
The wi-fi is 4G and it only works on the first floor with the balcony, not downstairs.
