The space
Welcome to a beautiful stylish townhouse situated in the wonderful safe area of West Hollywood. Melrose Ave, where many restaurants and stores are located.

The property has a beautiful stylish but contemporary feel with a large spacious living room area, natural stone "Travertine" bathrooms are beautifully equipped with high end quality shower heads and faucets .
Since part of living area downstairs has a beautiful high ceiling area to get to both your room and your bath room upstairs you'll need to go up a few more extra stairs ( in case you have very heavy suit case please note that because of the high ceiling stairs are little steep to go up so you know...)
You can enjoy beautiful view of Hollywood hills from the Top floor Patio where you can see the famous "HOLLY WOOD" sign, and watch amazing sunset view of Hollywood from the top floor.

Please note that there's children's school right next to our building so when school is opened you'll hear children's ( probably around 9am) it might not be ideal for some people who wants to sleep in .

If you like to use our car parking space in the building please let me know when you are making a Reservation .

For you to stay, we have a wonderful large double bedroom furnished with European bed available ( only accepting 1 guest , so it is not suitable for couple or to stay with your family member or friends No Pets accepted and we only accept ONE gest NO exception ) with wardrobe space and a TV with Cable!
There is also a bathroom that is specifically for your use, beautiful luxurious European shower (both rain and handle) with beautiful natural travertine (stone) floor and ceiling and the wall all .

On the fourth floor is a wonderful sunny patio area overlooking the world famous Hollywood and Sunset Hills that you can see from here , sit down ,relax and have a drink . There is also a small little area where you can sit on the fourth floor that is free for you to use.

Excellent WIFI use included throughout the property.

The property is on a residential quaint and quiet street ( outside our building There is a small private kid school so when the school is open you'll hear kids playing from time to time only when they are open if you tend to stay in bed and sleep in till late in the morning ) very safe area with beautiful palm trees and is exactly what you envisage when you come to Los Angeles! L.A 's most popular stores, bars, and Restaurants are within few minute away !! Melrose Ave, La Brea, Hollywood blvd , and Sunset Blvd

The fourth floor large patio area gives you a fantastic view of the Hollywood Hills and the famous Hollywood Sign. It is a wonderful area to sit down and relax in the sunshine! or watch Beautiful Sunset! and enjoy Hollywood night view.

The neighborhood around us is the Melrose Street, so you often see Japanese tourists. It is a very spacious town and it is very inconvenient if you don't have a car, so it seems difficult for everyone. My house is located in a very convenient and safe place, so I wanted to register you this time. Mochi is a very cute dog who is part of my family and is very popular wherever I am in the family and take pictures of famous Japanese people.
