102 is a ground floor room. All our rooms are clean-clean-clean! And the water is hot-hot-hot!! All beds are brand new Queen size Serta pocket spring beds. Our rooms aren't huge but we've put huge love into our little hotel.

We have recently completed a full renovation of this room. We are still renovating the exterior and the front house.

The space
We are on the main strip of Manitou Springs, less than a 5 minute walk west of The Circle and truly at the foot of Pikes Peak. We love our town and our location and we think you will too.
