Cappuccini Florence is a large and bright house, ideal for families and groups who want to experience Florence in a comfortable way. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private jacuzzi to relax after visiting the city, air conditioning and many comforts at your disposal. Located in a quiet and well-served area, quickly connected to the historic centre by tram.
The price per night is for groups of up to 6 people.

Our apartment is not just a vacation home: it has been our family home for many years, and this is reflected in the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. It is spacious, well-furnished and perfectly equipped to offer you all the comfort you might need during your stay in Florence.

The apartment is in the Piazza Leopoldo neighborhood, a quiet and well-connected area, just outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone). Here's how to reach us:

🚙 For those arriving by car (from Autostrada A1 or A11):

Exit at the Florence North toll booth
Follow the signs for Viale Guidoni, then Viale Redi and Viale Belfiore From there take Via Guido Monaco and then **Viale Fratelli Rosselli**
Continue to Piazza Leopoldo → Via Tavanti→ Via Romagnosi
The area is outside the ZTL, so accessible by car. Street parking is for a fee (blue stripes), but there is often a place.

If you prefer, it is possible to book a secure parking for a fee nearby (I can provide you with addresses and contacts upon request).

🚆 For those arriving by train (Florence Santa Maria Novella Station):

As soon as you exit the station, take the T1 Leonardo tram (direction Careggi)
Get off at the "Leopoldo" stop (5 stops – about 8 minutes)
From there, the apartment can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, ticket price 1.70 Euro per ride.

The tram is fast, frequent and convenient, with runs every 2-4 minutes.

Take the T2 tram (direction Unità) directly from the terminal
Get off at Alamanni – Santa Maria Novella Station " (terminus – 20 min)
Change with the T1 Leonardo tram (towards Careggi)** and get off at **"Leopoldo"
From there, the apartment is a few minutes' walk away
