The apartment has two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and another with a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed on top and a single mattress can be added in the living room if there are up to 6 occupants. The price includes only 2 people, and the use of only one room according to your needs. If you need both rooms, you must request it in advance and the beds you need to use will be enabled.
Regarding the location, it is very close to very popular areas, it is necessary to take your precautions when entering and leaving the building, it is a safe area however for your safety it is suggested not to walk late at night.
Guest access
You may not stay in the building's common areas, and you are forbidden from going up to the roof. The apartment door must remain closed at all times, and avoid making excessive noise. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
Other things to note
If you are booking for a third party, whether a friend or family member, you must request and justify it before confirming your stay. We reserve the right not to receive anyone other than the Airbnb account holder. The description indicates the apartment's equipment and we do not have more equipment, but in the area you can purchase an endless number of basic goods. If you require a coffee maker, you must ask the host before your arrival and make good use of it (only to make coffee).
Extras and Additional Costs:
For long stays (longer than two weeks), the guest must consider an additional weekly payment of $200 Mexican pesos in mandatory cash for cleaning, which includes changing clean towels and sheets, and partial cleaning.
It is a private space, when you book only you and your companion occupy it, the price per night includes only 2 guests and the use of only one room that you choose. You can add up to 4 extra guests (6 in total). The cost per extra guest is $200 Mexican pesos per person per night. You can add them to your reservation or pay upon arrival in cash. This price includes making the necessary beds and/or placing extra mats if necessary, in addition to bedding and towels for your companions. If you only book for two people and require both rooms for greater privacy, they are enabled by paying the equivalent of a third guest.
Regarding check-in, if the apartment is free and we have it ready, we can receive you before the scheduled time. We will agree on this one day before your arrival. If it's occupied, the check-in time must be respected, which is after 4 pm.
Cloakroom service:
If you need to leave luggage before or after your stay, we can receive it from 10 am to 8 pm. This service costs $100 Mexican pesos per day for one large or two small suitcases.
Our staff has a check-out time of 8 pm, which is why it is the check-in time limit. If you need to arrive later, you must cover the employee's transportation cost as follows:

If keys are lost, you must request a duplicate and pay to replace the lock for an amount of $500 Mexican pesos. It is strictly forbidden to make duplicates of the keys, if you do so you must pay for the replacement of the lock without exception.
We do not have a concierge, so the hours of operation are only from 10 am to 8 pm, any request after this time must cover the cost of transportation of our employee, as the case may be.
