About this listing

The space

Nestled into the hill overlooking the sea, Trehane Farm is a wonderful place to stay. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning; Sarah's homemade bread is a speciality.

Trehane Farm is a beautiful rustic farmhouse set high up on the hill overlooking the sea. The farmhouse itself has 2 pretty ensuite guest rooms, a separate living room with woodburner and granite mantle. The farmhouse boasts a range of local artist's work, including Sarah's own weaving and tapestry work. Traditional slate floors and bay windows give Trehane Farm a rural and charming feel.

Guest access

Guests at Trehane will have either an ensuite double room; either a shower or bathroom.

The double ensuite bathroom has a single room adjoining which can accommodate a 3rd person (see pricing for additional guests).

Breakfast is served in a lovely room with sea view and open fire. A separate living room is available for guests to relax and unwind in front of the wood burner.

Interaction with guests

Sarah and Phil welcome you to a working dairy farm in North Cornwall, complete with chickens and ducks. Feel free to take a walk around the fields, along the coast path; Sarah and Phil will be able to give you a host of ideas for picnics or beaches.
They will both be at the farm throughout your stay and will always be on hand if you have queries or questions.

Other things to note

Trehane Farm has been inspected by the EnjoyEngland Tourist Board and has been recently awarded 3 *** Silver Farmhouse B&B Accommodation, as well as a Breakfast Award.

This is your dream Cornish farmstay experience! Don't miss a chance to stay here. We absolutely loved our time with Sarah and Phillip. They will inspire you with their industriousness, running a dairy farm and a B and B at the same time. Even though they are busy, they manage to create a magically relaxed, atmospheric holiday setting. They are very generous with their time, happy to explain the dairy operation, point out the local trails, and share their family's history on the farm. They will do everything to ensure you have a fun and comfortable stay. Thank you, Sarah and Phillip!

Sarah is a lovely host- she made us feel welcome straight away. The farm is beautiful (especially the 3 collies who welcomed us when we came down the track!), and is in a fantastic location- the view from our room of the sea was wonderful. Our room was super comfy and had everything we needed, and breakfast was delicious too- we had a great stay!
