Check-in & Out Times
A damage deposit is charged at RM100, & this deposit will be refunded at the guest's check-out once the entire homestay has been inspected in good condition, If there is any damage this deposit will not be returned.
Check In: After 3.00 pm
Check-Out: Before 12.00 pm.
Please advise ahead of time if in need of a late check in or out.
Cleanliness & Comfort:
Maintain the cleanliness of the homestay throughout the stay.
Please throw garbage in the provided bins.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the homestay unit.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the homestay.
Electricity & Water Consumption:
Please switch off lights, air-conditioners, and electrical appliances when not in use or before leaving.
Noise:
Respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down especially after 10.00 pm.
Security:
Make sure doors and windows are locked whenever exiting the homestay.
Complete responsibility for the safety of personal belongings is in guests' hands.
Total Guests:
The total number of guests must not exceed the capacity allowed on the reservation.
Loss or Damage:
Any damage or missing items will be at the guest's expense.
Please report immediately in case of damage to the landlord.
