Our home is not for big events or party place as we are in a private, quiet subdivision. KARAOKE IS NOT ALLOWED.
PLEASE DECLARE THE RIGHT NUMBER OF GUEST BEFORE CHECK IN.
Children are counted as guest. Extra pax fee of 500 pesos per guest per night after the inclusive 14 guests. Max capacity 20pax

The space
This listing is not a hotel or a resort. Its a 3 storey house with 4-bedrooms. The third floor is the rooftop.
With outdoor swimming pool at the ground floor.
Guest private area - the 4 inclusive rooms, rooftop with kitchen, lounge area, dining area, tea room, bar area, and own toilet.
Guest can also access the pool till 9pm, or late as long as you wont make loud noises that would disturb my neighbours. There's a spiral stairs from the rooftop for quick access to the pool.
Please let us know if you wish to stay longer in the rooftop so we can give you few guidance for our safety.

All areas is accessible to our guest
EXCEPT: our private kitchen, dining, and pantry - which is separated and locked with accordion door, and the helper's room on the first floor.
We access our ground floor kitchen when needed. We have separate back door and gate for this.
My 2 ates/cleaners will be in the house, they occupy the maid’s room on the ground floor.
We provide our guest their own very basic kitchen and dining in our rooftop.
Other things to note
CHECK IN is 2pm
CHECK OUT is strictly on or before 11:00am . Our cleaners are scheduled to clean 11am to 2 pm and they are paid by hour so please mind the time. If not followed booker would pay for the charges.
We are not a hotel or resort. We are home share. We don’t have security guard or staff so please be mindful of our security.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, especially those with allergies or sensitivities, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Even well-behaved pets with diapers can cause accidents or leave behind fur that is difficult to fully remove. A 3000 pesos cleaning fee will apply if violated and may result in reservation cancellation if we are not informed.
Swimming pool:
Feel free to use till 9pm.
Pool depth - 6 ft right side, 5’4 ft left area, and 5 ft stairs area. The depth is not kids-friendly so please don't leave your children unattended.
Never use glasses or glass bottle drinks in the pool area to avoid accidents, damages, and charges.
No swimming when intoxicated.
We do pool maintenance at 9pm or as needed.
You’re welcome to enjoy our rooftop until late, just please keep it quiet at night. No partying, loud music, or karaoke, out of respect for our neighbors.
Please remember to lock all doors and turn off the lights after use. The liquor on the bar shelves is OFF LIMITS!
If you’re the last guest upstairs, you are responsible for locking the doors. As mentioned, we do not have a security guard on duty overnight, so your cooperation is much appreciated.
Kitchen in our rooftop is just for basic cooking. Kindly check in our listing picture what we provide.
NEVER EVER chop any hard food or ANYTHING on our granite counter or bar!
Please use separate table and chopping board we provide.
AC in the living room in the first floor (sala) is not working as it's an open area when bifold door is open anyway. We have electric fan and ceiling fan in this area.
Our in-house helpers' duty is for our house maintenance only. They can assist anything regarding with check in and check out. Any problems, requests, inquiries, and etc. should be directly to me.
Turn off the lights and lock the door after use. To avoid electric overload please turn off lights or appliances thats not needed. (thank you!)
Bath tub in masters bedroom is temporarily not available to use and for repair so PLEASE DO NOT USE.
For long stay, we only provide starter kit for your first day. This includes toilet papers and bin liners. You may use the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but please don’t take it home so the next guest can use it as well. Towels and linens can be requested. To maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, we wish to clean the rooms at least once or twice a week, you may choose a day that is convenient for you.
No eating and smoking in the room.
No illegal activity.
For long term booking, please let the air conditioning have a rest for couple of hours as you would in your own home.
Our centralised heater runs the whole day, but we turn it off after 10:00 PM to give the equipment a rest.
Should you need it late night, please let us know.
For your toilet tissues, bin liners or any personal consumption, please provide yourself.
Strictly guest of my guest is not allowed, especially night time or when we are not informed.
Minimise noise after 9:00 PM as per subdivision's restriction. Security guards are roving every hour to monitors this.
Pool table is free to use but please put back the cover after use especially if it's raining. Any damages will be charged.
Cctv surrounds the exterior of the house for our security. This includes the outdoor swimming pool and rooftop.
Please don't move furnitures around!
Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided, but please don’t take it home.
Take your garbages down please. Bins are outside the gate in front of the kubo.(little bamboo house).
We have CLEAN AS YOU GO policy. I don’t charge cleaning fee. We don’t expect you to clean thoroughly, but we are hoping that as respect to our home and to your host somehow you would leave our place clean as you found it. If there's any reason you can't clean your mess, or you don’t have time, you could just pay our cleaning charge of 3500 pesos subject to change depending on the mess and cleaning company charges.
Please report any damages immediately.
For convenience, I suggest you bring disposable plates and cups. Our bar sink is small.
Parking is available and free, can park outside the gate , street, or in our garage.
And finally, PLEASE give me and my cleaners few minutes to do final check with you before checking out.
Please note that sometimes electricity and water interruptions may occur, and these are beyond our control. We do however provide a backup generator, but its capacity is limited. Some emergency lights are also installed in some areas.
