What price do you put on relaxation?

There are times in life when all you want to do is relax, and with a holiday property like this it would be hard not to.
Your days will be spent fishing off the jetty, or launching your boat from the boat ramp, or quite simply relaxing by the water, either the pool OR the river. You might even invite friends around for a late afternoon BBQ in the purpose-built undercover area.
This upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area with tiles for the coolness in summer and carpets in the bedrooms for winter warmth. The unit development has carport for all, large well maintained laundry facilities and an undercover gazebo area ideal for overlooking the water with a wine in the afternoons.
In a quality location right by the river make your booking today before you miss out!

About the location:

Others you can choose from are in Marandowie Drive, Queen St near the Sedgers Reef Hotel, and the Old Ferry at the end of Marandowie Drive.

Iluka is known for being situated on the river, and there are no properties on the beach as it is bordered by National Park and the famous World Heritage Nature Reserve. However, you do have several to choose from that are just a short drive away. Moriarty's (which includes a walk along the break wall), Main Beach, Bluff Beach, Frazer's Reef, Woody Head, Back Beach, Shark Bay, Ten Mile Beach. Then you have Iluka Bay, a child friendly beach on the river between the end of Young St and the break walls. The Iluka Bay area also has a park with play equipment and is along the River Walking track. Speaking of walking tracks, if exploring nature appeals to you, Iluka is famous for its Rainforest Walk. Approx 2.5kms, it starts at the end of Crown & Long St and takes you through the lush rainforest to the Iluka Bluff, and its stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Take a picnic with you and relax while watching for whales and dolphins.
