Our 4 suites are comfortable and spacious, equipped with Super King and Queen beds, as well as air conditioning. They are decorated with paintings by renowned artists and bathed in beautiful natural light. The bathrooms offer invigorating baths with excellent showers, all equipped with essentials for your convenience.

Our open-concept living area is decorated with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a TV room with a 65” screen, creating a harmonious and welcoming environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. For those who need privacy to work or study, we offer a dedicated station and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Enjoy our garden and backyard with swimming pool, a real sun spot, perfect for al fresco dining with cozy furniture. We also offer a grill area with barbecue, beer cooler and wine cellar, as well as an outdoor shower and sun loungers.

You will have free access to the Beach Club and the Golf Club. In addition, the property includes a garage for 6 cars and a private ramp/garage for jet skis and boats up to 36 feet. There is also a fenced playground for children next to the house.

Guest access
Guests have access to the property via navigable canal, the condominium's airport or by land and can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces of the house*, as well as the condominium's Beach and Golf clubs, without any restrictions.

There are no time restrictions for arrival and departure at the condominium or the house, only the check-in and check-out times must be respected.

Visitors are not permitted in the condominium or the house.

*Laundry is only available for reservations of 7 nights or more.

Dry space for two boats up to 36' and wet space for up to 55'.

Spaces for five cars in the garden and spaces on the street in front of the house.

A deposit of 10% of the reservation amount will be charged to cover electricity consumption and possible damages. This amount will be refunded after verification of consumption and checking of the inventory that will be available to the guest at check-in and throughout their stay.
