Spectacular apartment in one of the most emblematic areas of Madrid. Located a few steps from the Gran Vía, it has been completely renovated and is equipped for temporary stays in the capital, both short and long term.

It combines modernity, spaciousness and comfort, offering a practical and pleasant environment for those who need to reside in the city centre.

The space
The apartment has a modern decor designed for comfort during temporary stays. With capacity for six people, it offers a spacious living room with dining area for six people, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils and utensils for temporary residential use.

It has two spacious bedrooms: the main one with a double bed of 1.50 x 200 and the second with two single beds of 90 x 190 that can be joined or placed separately. What's more, the living room has a double sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two adults.

In case of lost keys, a fee of €100 will be applied.
The delivery and return of keys are personally coordinated; you can contact us once the reservation is made to coordinate the arrival time.

IMPORTANT:
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm have a surcharge of 30€, and between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am for 50€. These amounts must be paid in cash. Unfortunately, no deliveries are made after midnight (12:00 am).

Registration details:

The property is rented in full under the Short-Term Lease (ACD) modality in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act. The formalisation of the lease requires the signing of a seasonal contract by both parties before the delivery of keys, in which the temporary reason for the stay (work, studies, health, teleworking or other causes) and the agreed period will be reflected.

The dwelling is not permanently available as its main use remains residential by the owner.
