Cozy apartment on quiet cul-de-sac with semi-private garden area, just 3 minutes walk from one of the island’s best beaches. Air-conditioning, free wi-fi, private entrance and parking. Centrally located on the island, just 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from Hope Town settlement. Beachside restaurant/bar “On Da Beach”, Sea Biscuit Bakery, LVA convenience store and Oasis Cafe and Juice Bar are all less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. We look forward to welcoming you!

The space
Equipped with super comfortable "Memory Foam" queen size mattress and brand new refrigerator. Bright and airy during the daytime and with air-conditioning and pull-down blackout blinds for an excellent night's sleep! Semi-private sunny garden adjoining the apartment with lounge chairs and outdoor dining table.

Other things to note
Our apartment is just 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous ocean beach complete with a “Surf Shack”, a great spot for lounging the days away. You would access the beach via the pathway up to "On Da Beach" Bar & Grill, our neighborhood’s great hangout right on the beach! Also nearby is the LVA convenience/grocery story, open from 7:30am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 10am-2pm Sunday — very handy!

Very quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We are one of only 3 houses on our cul-de-sac road, and just 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous ocean beach, bar/restaurant and convenience/grocery store.
