Location!! Stunning views, private waterfront joy! Pet allowed. Serene Island retreat located on magical Marrowstone Island accessible by bridge; 100 feet medium bank waterfront beach, easy 5 minute walk to beach access. Eastern exposure sweeping 180+ views of shipping lanes, views of the Cascade Mountains, Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainier. Spectacular, peaceful. Miles of beach walking or sunbathing! One of the only legally permitted homes on the island. (Jefferson County WA Permit ZON2022-00029)

The space
Jefferson County WA Permit ZON2022-00029. Our island home is a spacious 1,700 square. ft. 3bd/2 bath, with a gas fireplace, modern kitchen and cozy double patio. Sleeps 6. Feather pillows and comfortable mattresses. All rooms have water views. The great room features large view windows with abundant natural light. The property is 1.2 acres with old growth evergreen trees. Very private, remote and quiet, in a natural setting. It's comfy, clean and perfect for exploring the surroundings of nature.

Nature at its finest. In Quiet neighborhood. Outstanding beach experience for walking, eagle watching, swimming, water sports and dog walking for miles!! Boat launch, canoe rentals, half mile away. Gateway to the scenic Olympic Mountains. Venture off to quaint nearby Port Townsend or Fort Flagler State Park for hiking and sightseeing. We make great effort to provide a comfortable, clean, island experience.

Other things to note
We don’t have cable TV or a dish for cable. We have internet and encourage guests to bring their own devices to access their Netflix or Hulu accounts. We do have a TV with a full DVD library. Apologies we do not allow BBQ or outdoor grills.

Our Airbnb is one of 75 out of 500 properties that is legally permitted though Jefferson County WA to operate a nightly guest experience. We make every effort to have a comfortable, clean home for you and your party to enjoy Marrowstone Island.
