Modern, serviced apartments close to the centre of Leeds, West Yorkshire. Fully self-contained, ensuite, no sharing of facilities :) We are full time landlords & provide 24/7 support to our guests.

We like to think we are better than a hotel as we offer a kitchen & a washing machine, for your exclusive use. This makes life a lot more comfortable if your staying a few days (or longer).

We are priced cheaply so we can focus on keeping our rooms occupied & provide a good service at a competitive price.
