Walk 5 mins up Munjoy Hill to picnic on the Eastern Promenade overlooking Casco Bay or 10 mins down into the Old Port. Do it all from this beautiful and private new apt!

Bright and spacious, this newly renovated studio is the perfect setup for a couple wanting to get away on their own or explore a new place with small children. A dividing wall and brick chimney separate the eat-in kitchen from the living area which is comfortably furnished with a large wrap-around couch and beautiful queen bed with Casper Wave Hybrid mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a full-sized oven and small dishwasher should you want to eat in for a night or two. A walk-in closet and large dresser, along with storage beneath the bed, make it easy to settle in for a longer stay. There is HD TV and speedy WiFi for when you just want to relax at the apartment. Relax, eat, explore -- this space is set up mindfully for you to enjoy the best Portland has to offer on your own terms

You'll be staying one block off the coolest street in Portland, Washington Ave, which seems to be getting new restaurants and boutique shops every month. There are multiple breweries/distilleries (including Oxbow) and some of the best restaurants in the city within a 5 minute walk. Only 5 minutes up Munjoy Hill is the Eastern Promenade which offers incredible views of Casco Bay and is where Portlanders go to relax, enjoy the sun, and play on the playground. Or you can go down the hill and be in the Old Port in less than 10 minutes should you want to check out Central Provisions or any of the other award-winning restaurants. Walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's or the local Co-op in 10 minutes to stock up. There is honestly no better location in the city from which to explore.
