This 2000 sq ft. home features 2 living spaces, rear porch & deck, fishing dock, twin boat stalls & private boat launch. The location is mid lake on the Louisiana side near North Toledo Bend State Park's hiking trails, swimming pool and other amenities. Cypress Bend's golf course is 20 min south and historic Natchitoches is a one hour drive.

Other things to note
Host couple are full time residents of the neighborhood and can give basic advise on fishing the lake, places to eat out and etc.
