Our stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend it for any big group traveling to Valle de Guadalupe. The house is exactly how you see it in the pictures and it's well maintained and extremely clean, the scenery is amazing, the host was extremely helpful, the food very good too ( the breakfast which is included and the carne asada they planned for us) Emiliano and Uva, the housekeepers, were also the best!!

I cannot recommend the Lodge enough for any group traveling to Valle de Guadalupe. The house, the property, the hosts, everything was absolutely perfect. Pros: - Pool, game room, fire pits, scenery, seclusion, rustic decor - Delicious breakfast included (chilaquiles, eggs, bistek, vegetarian options) and served under a beautiful outdoor canopy - Lara, the host, and Emiliano and Uva, the housekeepers truly went above and beyond Cons: - None

Lara's place was AMAZING. It had everything we needed and more. The private road in was a little bumpy and more intense than we expected, but when you reach the property, it was so worth it! I recommend bringing all the food and alcohol you need while you are there because leaving in and out of the property is a little bit of a hassle. It's no joke when they say there is no service or wifi once you get to the property so be prepared to be out of touch! It's actually pretty nice.. also, Emiliano and his wife were more than accommodating during our stay. We are looking forward to stay here again in the future. Thanks again for everything, Lara!

This retreat was exactly what we needed. The location is breathtaking, views of the mountains and vineyards surround the house. Accommodations are great--the house is sizable, it has great amenities (fireplace, comfy beds, etc). The groundskeeper and his wife, Emiliano and Uva were superb in catering to all of our needs. And Lara was extremely responsive to any questions we had. My only advice is to make sure that you have a truck or 4 wheel drive when going to the house because the roads can be quite treacherous. I highly recommend this property. Our stay was truly unforgettable.

Great place in the middle of vineyards in a very relaxing environment. We all enjoyed on another and was possible with the outcome of having NO! Wi-Fi available ;). Teenagers now in days spent hours on the cell phone researching or texting which takes away from interacting with family members. Truly was an amazing experience and will definitely recommend to families that want to get away to relax and enjoy family.
