NOTE: Please send a note with your reservation that you and all guests are okay with cats. The house is very clean and they require no care - but they live here! 1 cat in particular is very friendly, much like a dog.

Disclaimers: The kitchen area currently has exposed wall studs. They are nail free and clean - some might say they provide a certain "industrial chic" nature to the space. They are safe and clean, just not finished.

Interaction with guests
Minimal to no interaction with hosts. Guests may be checked in by hosts personally OR provided instruction for self serve key lockbox. Family friend and/or hosts will be on call or text for any additional needs or emergencies if hosts are out of town.

--Smoking permitted on back patio or upstairs deck only.
--Outside yard has patio furniture for guest access.
--There is NO air mattress on site. If your reservation is for over 4 people - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that there is only 2 queen beds and a sofa.
--NO pets allowed.
--Noise should be limited after 10pm to not disturb neighbors - use your own discretion - we trust you!
--Renters must be willing to operate super easy ADT security system.
--This house has TWO cats. Cats are strictly inside cats so doors must stay closed for their safety. No care required by guests.
--There is no smoking indoors. (that includes 'vaping)
--NO pets allowed.
--Don't go crazy with the noise after 10pm.
--Use the security system when you aren't home.
--No basement access.
--No garage access.
