Gorgeous 3 bedroom has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! Subtle blue and gray tones. This unit has a king in the master, 2 queens in the guest room, queen in 3rd bedroom. All have private bathrooms. Open floor plan and views from all rooms. Families can also take advantage of the spacious balcony that includes a grill!

The space
Gaze across the serene waters of Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony on the 15th floor. Relax after a day at the beach over dinner prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen.

Each three-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bath is a well-appointed condo suite, featuring 2,034 square feet of space, including an incredible 472-square-foot balcony.

Guests have full access to all resort areas including 8 pools (1 indoor pool), hot tubs, fitness center, Al Fresco outside dining, Coastal restaurant, Tennis courts, Spa, Market and a full service Concierge.

Special resort activities and promotions are emailed shortly before arrival. All-inclusive Adventure Packages are available to purchase. All resort purchases and rentals qualify for the Premier Guest discount of 10% off.

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in.

Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
