A very spacious 83.5 square meter (900 square feet) condo unit located @ East Tower Lumiere Residences. Lumiere Residences by DMCI is located @ Pasig Boulevard corner Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City, Metro Manila
The two balconies you can enjoy the goodness of morning as the sun rises from the silhouettes of Antipolo hills greeting you with its rays.
The space
Our unit is fully furnished 2Bedrooms , 2 Full Baths and 2 balconies perfect for family and group of friends! (It’s actually 3 BR but we will use the small room for Back stocks stuffs) It’s end unit so you will enjoy the view in 2 balconies.
The unit is furnished with 55” SMART TV in the living room with standard Cable Channel , 55” SMART TVin Master’s Bedroom and 500 MBPS internet Connection with NETFLIX and air conditioners in the bedrooms and the airconditioner in the living room , electric/gas stove with range hood, refrigerator, washing machine, on demand water heater, microwave, coffee maker, bread toaster, water dispenser, rice cooker, complete set of cooking utensils & kitchen wares .
We have a queen size bed, double bed , floor mattress and couch that can accommodate 6 persons.
All bedrooms had closet.
Guest access
After reservation, you should immediately send us copy of Valid ID’s who are staying in the condo for smooth check in.
200 pesos fee per person of swimming pool up to 8 persons . Swimming pool usage only available for the guest from Monday to Wednesday only.
Thursday Pool Cleaning and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays for registered owner and registered Tenants.
Roof deck and Lounge Areas .
Other things to note
We are strictly implementing Check out @ 11 am if we have guests checking in @ 2 pm or so to give us time to clean before the next guest arrived.
We are open for late check in just give us a heads up. Thank you very much!
Early check in or late check out fee will charge 200 pesos an hour. Thank you.
