The space
This beautiful cottage is located across from Packard Park. Packard Park has its own sandy beach. You can walkout the front door and across the street and in 1 minute be at the beach. Observation deck at the beach for enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets that you have ever seen....Or just sit on your deck at the cottage and just watch the beautiful hues of the sunset fill the sky above the water.

The cottage has been completely refreshed to meet your wants and wishes while you enjoy your time in South Haven. Comfortable beds with nice linens...not what you would expect at a rental. The bathroom is a full 3 piece that is very nicely finished and decorated. Pets are not allowed.
The Kitchen is a place that you all can hang out... with a dining table and ample space for meal preparation. Stove, Full size refrigerator, Microwave...and yes there is a dishwasher! There is also a washer/dryer area for those time when you might need them.
Other amenities are Wifi, TV...so you can stream your favorite shows. Games, puzzles, bikes, beach chairs, and sand toys will allow for a fun filled time during your stay.
Comfortable and Very, Very clean. We promise you will love the cottage, and the community of South Haven is absolutely fabulous!
Need more room?....A 2000 square feet house that is recently updated is available. This property can be found under Blue View. Adjacent to the cottage, this 4 bed, 2.5 bath house with central AC will allow you to enjoy all of your family together. Both properties together will sleep up to 18 people, 3.5 baths and lots of green space (fenced yard) and outdoor living. Come and enjoy the sand, the water and the sunsets. Once you come, we know you will want to make it a yearly tradition!

This high end neighbor hood is clean, well maintained and is either on or across the street from the water. There is a wonderful little French Cafe down the street, and a small convenience store just steps away.

Well we are in our 3rd year now and we are loving it. We loved it enough to buy another house in South Haven...3 by the Sea. Why... well we love South Haven...and I really enjoy meeting new people and just the whole idea of it is something I really enjoy. We can't get enough of South Haven (where we have our properties) and just the enjoyment and relaxation that it brings (when we are not renovating the house on weekends.)

During your stay

We are an hour away and will be available if there is an emergency.
We like to be there to meet you if we can...occasionally it will be when you are leaving or checking in. Most likely it will be during the week when I come up to mow.
