A modern coastal style and freshly renovated condo located in beautiful Bloomington Indiana less than one mile from Lake Monroe. The ground floor cozy condo sits on the 18th hole of our gated community. Amenities include a king size bed, queen size bed and Ashley queen sleeper sofa, fast unlimited WiFi internet and a 50" 4K LED TV with Hulu Live. Perfect for football and basketball games, parents weekends and visits to gorgeous Lake Monroe.

The space
Our space is perfect for a quick visit for parent's at IU or a relaxing getaway to Lake Monroe! We have two bedrooms and two baths that will provide ample space for your visit. We also have a brand new queen sofa bed to accommodate more guests. Sit on the back patio in our hammock chair and open a bottle of Oliver wine and relax.

Our cozy condo is located in a gated community that wraps around beautiful Lake Monroe. We sit on the 18th hole of the Golf Club at Eagle Pointe where you can play a round during the day and sit on the patio and look at the stars at night. We get quite a few woodland visitors, so don't be surprised if you see a family of deer nearby. We are a short drive to downtown Bloomington where you can dine in some of the best restaurants in the state. There's also plenty of shopping and nightlife to make this a visit to remember!
