🕑 YOUR OPENING HOURS

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., while checkout is by 10:00 a.m.

If you have special requirements, we will be happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible: an early check-in or late check-out service is available at a cost of €20.

There is also a luggage storage facility available at a cost of €10, so you can enjoy Ancona even before check-in or after check-out, without the burden of your suitcases. 🧳😊

To ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant and well-maintained environment, we simply ask you to:

• Do not smoke inside the apartment 🚭
• leave the kitchen tidy at the end of your stay;
• dispose of rubbish in the appropriate containers;
• When you leave, remember to turn off the air conditioners.

Only persons duly registered at check-in are allowed on the property. The presence of unregistered guests may result in a penalty being applied and a request for the identity document of the person brought in.

🚗 AND FOR THOSE ARRIVING BY CAR?

La Casa del Teatro does not have private parking. Parking spaces are limited in the historic centre of Ancona, but you can use the municipal blue lines for a fee of €1.20 per hour.

To make everything easier, you can buy a day ticket at our facility for €5, which can be used in the blue zones and/or in the residents' spaces adjacent to La Casetta.

The ticket is valid from 10am on the day of issue until 10am the following day.

To complete the registration of guests, it is necessary to receive the identity document of each person who will stay at the property, as required by current legislation.
