Apartment on the 2nd floor and there is a block from the sea (100 meters). Located in Piçarras-SC, this beach is Blue Flag certified (an international environmental certification program for beaches indicating a clean beach). Compact apartment (54 m2) close to the sand ⌛ of the sea for you to enjoy the beautiful and divine coast of Santa Catarina in a family and quiet environment and is located on a beach that has a very calm sea, being excellent for children.
The apartment is 13.7 km from Beto Carrero Park.

The space
In the apartment, there are 2 SmartTVs (43 and 32 inches). I make available to the guest a beach chair (4), umbrella (2.20 m), mat, cooler to take your drink, as well as the beach cart to make it easier to take all this to the beach.
I provide bed linen, towels, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a hairdryer attached to the bathroom wall, and an electric kettle.
Here in SC the voltage is 220 volts.
I have air-conditioning in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan in the other rooms. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and it has an excellent sea breeze that inhibits the heat a lot.

Guest access
The condominium has 3 barbecues and one of them is exclusive to the owners. Therefore, to make use of the others, you need to request the release/reservation from the condominium manager (the watzap is in the ad next to the elevator). At the entrance of the condominium, there are showers available to remove sand and sweat from the body when coming from the beach. We have a shower to wash your feet and beach chairs for the purpose of removing all the sand from the sea.
After using the showers, dry the body and beach chairs well so as not to enter the condominium wet.
The condominium has 6 floors and a single elevator for use.
We have a supermarket cart available to make arrival easier with luggage and other heavier items.

A tip is to visit the Univali Oceanographic Museum (MOVI), which is among the four main natural history collections in Brazil, and in the oceanographic theme, it is the largest in the Americas and the third largest in the world!
Another tip is the excellent beach of Balneário Camboriú, which is 35 km from the site.
Get to know Pomerode (the most German city in Brazil) with its style and the city's zoo (900 animals with more than 220 species). The city is 85 km from the apartment.
