Super clean basement suite with private entrance and private newly remodeled bath. No steps to climb. Three rooms plus laundry. No kitchen. Two desks/work spaces. Great location to canyons, ski resorts, and downtown SLC. Fireplace, Queen-sized bed in large room/ single bed in second bedroom. Single roll-away bed provided for third or fourth guest. Generous snack tray provided. Garage for skis, bikes,etc.There is a $5 fee per night for extra third and/or fourth guest. Registered guests only!

The space
We have implemented an extensive cleaning protocol, using antiviral cleaners to keep you safe. Hosts have been vaccinated. This is a basement apartment with two rooms, private bath with shower, laundry facilities, off street parking, Keurig beverage maker, microwave, mini fridge and T.V. with local channels, Roku , Vudu and Amazon Prime (no cable). Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwaveable popcorn and cereal are provided, as well as other snacks and drinking water. No kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace in winter and the views from the deck year round. The bathroom is bright with beautiful new fixtures and tiled shower. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We can provide a Pack 'N Play for one small child and a single roll-away bed for third or fourth guest. There is a queen bed in large room and a comfortable single bed in second bedroom along with an armoire and closet for storage. There is a door separating the two bedrooms. Access to bathroom is from the second bedroom. Please see photos and contact us with any questions.
