Come and relax & unwind at our modern 4 bedroom lake view home. The layout makes it perfect for sharing with friends & family with its large open plan downstairs & modern 2.5 bathrooms and quartz topped kitchen. We have a large south facing furnished glass deck and large garden area (unfenced). Set in stunning grounds you can escape to the lake just a few steps away. See details of the free on site facilities available for your enjoyment. The ideal escape to make your memories.

The space
At 54 Windrush Lake, our modern spacious self catering home from home provides all you need for the perfect escape. All bedding and towels are provided. Our recently refitted fully equipped kitchen (new for 2022) includes eye level oven, induction hob, a full size dishwasher, washing machine, 70/30 fridge freezer, microwave & nespresso coffee machine and lots of cupboard space. The dining table extends to seat 10+. And our broadband is excellent!

The family bathroom, en suite and cloakroom were all refurbished in 2021 to an extremely high quality.

There's lots to keep everyone entertained within the peaceful grounds - cast your rod in one of the 3 on site fishing lakes (no closed season), one being a 10 acre carp lake. We have 4 paddle boards, 5 kayaks and a brand new 5 seat rowing boat for 2022 (all subject to no damage/maintenance needed due to misuse) and a variety of life jackets for the exclusive use of our guests, or bring your sail boat if you have one (no power boats or swimming allowed in the lakes). There are 3 tennis courts (1 flood lit), table tennis, giant chess, croquet, boules and a fantastic play area, incl zip wire and swing basket, for the little ones. The games pavilion contains a soft play room and 2 pool tables, a foosball table and arcade machine (£1 per game for the pool/foos & arcade) for the older ones. There are 2 small fenced off beach areas for a paddle and to build a sandcastle or 2 and also is a stream at the back of the ground with a rope swing during the summer. Picnic tables and benches are located around the lakes and park area for you to relax and enjoy the restful views. There is so much to keep everybody entertained on or off the grounds. Perfect country walks with an abundance of wildlife. Just down the road you can water ski, donut, wake board or try the thrill seeking 'twister'. There are also 2 golf courses very near by. There really is something to suit everybody!

54 Windrush Lake is the perfect modern self catering home from home : ) parking is free and unallocated with 2 spaces at the side of the house, and more nearby.

We are step free so great for anyone using a wheelchair or buggy. We have a paved walkway to the door.

Access is via a key box and the code will be sent to you once the house is ready for your arrival.

Our weekend stays are to include both Friday & Saturday nights.

Mid week stays (Sun -Thur) are for a minimum of 3 nights unless only 2 nights are available to book due to prior bookings.
Subject to availability 2 nights maybe possible so please feel free to enquire. There is a £100 cleaning fee for a 2 night mid week stay.

We are not permitted to allow parties, stag/hen parties or events. Maximum number of guests at the property throughout your stay is 10.

Dogs are not to be left unaccompanied in the house during your stay. They will be welcome in most places, do call ahead to check if eating out. You’re in the country after all ; )

The Cotswold Water Park is renowned for its stunning scenery, beautiful surroundings & wildlife. Water activities are a big pull to the area. There are also an abundance of idyllic villages to visit and enjoy as well as the historic town of Cirencester which has many independent shops as well as a few high street names. And there's always a bargain to be found at the Swindon Designer Outlet which is just a 25 minute drive away. Bath & Bristol are also an easy drive away.
