We had a great stay here. The room waas spacious and clean, The bathroom and shower were also great. We enjoyed a great Breakfast laid out setting us up for a visit to The Fairy pools close by. The location was great, as we also visited the Talisker Distillery and ate in The Old Inn and The Oyster Shed. All are a must! Caora Dhubh Coffee Company also serves great coffee and cakes!

We had a fantastic stay with Tessa, who made us feel very welcome. The views of the Loch from Tessa's were spectacular and we enjoyed exploring the Fairy Pools and had a delcious meal at the Old Inn. We very much enjoyed our time in Skye.

We stayed 3 nights and although Tessa was away Tom took great care of us and we had a very nice stay. The location is excellent for exploring the island and the Olde Inn in Carbost is a must for food and also go there when they have live music. (Warning! - it's a 30 minute walk to the pub, although a very nice walk if the weather is fine). The accommodation was very good and comfortable with everything you need. The use of the lovely lounge was a real bonus after a hard days walking and exploring. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a very good place to stay on Skye. Thanks!

Tessa and Tom were both very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately in their warm family home. Large bedroom and en suite and the private use of the living room. House very easy to find and over looking the loch and amazing views.

I am born and bred on Skye. I moved away for a while then returned with my family as I wanted them to have the same childhood I had, happy and lots of freedom.

My parents moved here 37 years old buying a croft house in the village which they turned int a successful business The Old Inn who my brother now owns. The pub is renowned for good food and great live music.

Skye is the most beautiful place even more so the older I get...I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
