The house is ideally located to discover the Crozon peninsula. It is close to the famous beach of Goulien, acclaimed by families and water sports enthusiasts (2 km), the town of Crozon (1.2 km) and Morgat (2 km). The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation and perfectly suited for families with its enclosed garden. Linens included! Ideally located for discovering the Presqu'île of Crozon, for rent recent modern house (2008) of 110 m2 on land of 730m2, south facing, sea view, close to Goulien beach (2km) and village of Crozon (1.2km) and Morgat (2km).

Goulien Beach (4 minutes by car) is the perfect family beach, as it is very easy to access and has a car park.
