Newly built in 2018, award winning Black Mountain Shepherds hut with traditional features. Sitting in its own private area overlooking the duck pond, stream and small beech wood, it offers en-suite shower room, double pocket sprung bed, log burning stove, underfloor heating and sheep's wool insulation. Ideal area for walking, cycling, bird watching or simply relaxing and getting away from it all.

The kitchen has a two ring induction hob and microwave oven plus outside BBQ area.

The space
In the hamlet of Bettwys-y-Crwyn, in the midst of sheep country, it is near to Offa's Dyke one of the main drovers roads from Wales into England. Much of the land in the Parish is designated as a conservation area and an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Wi-Fi signal isn't available in the Shepherds Hut but can be accessed at the house. Limited 4G available in the Shepherds Hut.

I am so grateful that I live in one of the most beautiful places in the country surrounded by clean air, quiet roads, all kinds of wild birds, frogs croaking in the ponds, dogs, horses and plenty of sheep! Make each day count.
