Spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint Capitola village. 150 steps to the Beach, Capitola pier, boutique shopping and over 20 restaurants. Remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaways! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old.

The space
Our condo is two stories with two bedrooms and one bath upstairs and one bathroom and a queen sofa couch downstairs in the living room. The condo has high ceilings and is very open and airy with a wall of windows and a small ocean view. The front balcony looks out at the Stockton Bridge and Capitola Village. We also have a small patio in the back with table and chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a big gas fireplace in the living room that is wonderful at night when it cools down outside. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. Our condo has everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation at the beach.

Capitola is a wonderful and quaint town. There are so many delicious restaurants and shops and of course the amazing beach to enjoy. Stop in Mr. Toot's for coffee in the morning and end your day watching the sunset on Zelda's patio with your favorite cocktail!
