You can use one room in a 120 sqm apartment. It has a separate entrance and is not shared.
Bathroom and kitchen are under renovation but you can use them.

The space
You can also use my garden and the BBQ (please clean it after using).

The public transportation, S Bahn 3 - station Ottering - is only two minutes to walk and is leaving every twenty minutes during the working days and 40 minutes at the weekends. From there it is about, 30 minutes drive to Maria Colum or Oktoberfest.

In front of my house you can start running immediatelly, roller blading or biking into the forest or small lakes.

Next high way exits are Sauerlach or Holzkirchen you will reach them in 6 minutes. In the village you will find a Penny Supermarket, a bakery, a butcher in walking distance. The Supermarket does not accept credit-cards.

35 minutes to the next ski area, 20 minuten to the next lake

Some nice restaurants and a beergarden are in walking distance.

During Oktoberfest and Fairs I will ask for other prices!
