Nestling at the end of a farm lane we are ideally situated for walking, cycling or just relaxing in your own private garden. The property dates back to the 1800s and your wing has been modernised in the last five years offering rustic charm with modern amenities. Close to golf clubs including 'Gleneagles', the major roads to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee are easily accessed and Perth is just 7 miles away. There various eateries we can recommend in the local area.

The space
1 Eastfield is a unique B&B offering a private front door accessing into the accommodation. The garden is for sole use of the guests with table and chairs. Your bedroom offers one king sized bed with a chair and stool and you have a good sized en-suite shower room. Also connected to the bedroom is the Breakfast Room which offers a table and chairs and is available only during breakfast hours.

Guest access
Accessed by your own front door your bedroom and shower room are yours to enjoy. There is a separate Breakfast room.

During your stay
We meet and greet all our guests on arrival and are available on our mobiles should communication be required during the stay. We live on site in the main body of the cottage.

Other things to note
There is a small fridge in your room stocked with milk and juice. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate, including decaf, are available along with a kettle. Free Wifi is available. PLEASE NOTE there are no cooking facilities within the B&B however a portable BBQ can be made available for use in the private garden.

Currently we are adhering strictly to government and Airbnb guidelines ensuring enhanced cleaning procedures, availability of masks, gloves, hand and wipe sanitisers in the accommodation.
