Nathalie's home was beautiful and located in the scenic L'ocean area of Rabat. Like the other reviewers have said, it is very very close to the sea, and Nathalie is more than happy to help out a newcomer. This was my first time out of the country and she was so nice to me. Always be sure to ask questions if you don't understand something. Bring cool PJ's since you're right on the ocean. This area is very safe and you can clearly hear the call to prayer. It is beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Nathalie's house is just gorgeous and she is a relaxed and a accommodating host. I spent my first days in Morocco as a female traveling alone at Natalie's, and couldn't be happier with my choice. A few things I loved: the house itself is beautiful and stylishly furnished in a way that highlights the local architecture and house style; it's one block from the sea, so very gorgeous to always be able to see the water from the window or the roof; it's a lovely walk up the hill to the medina or center city, near a historic cemetery . . . an interesting walk itself and as someone without a good sense of direction I always like to stay near natural landmarks; the neighborhood itself is just a regular working class neighborhood, not fancy, but I felt very safe walking around after dark, there's also a terrific produce market a few blocks up the hill; Nathalie herself was truly gracious and helpful--giving me tips not only about Rabat but also suggestions for how I think about my travel to Marrakech. Overall this was a classic airbnb experience--the sensation of staying in a personal home with a warm host, but with a comfortable level of privacy and independence. There's only one guest room, which I didn't realize when I booked it, which creates a very comfortable vibe.

Nathalie's place is incredible! It is her house, not a typical riad, and it is perfectly decorated. The room is large and Nathalie is extremely welcoming and friendly. It is extremely convenient for Oudayas surf club (a five minute walk along the coast) and her rooftop was a perfect space to dry a swimsuit afterwards. The location is also very convenient for the Medina (the closest door is Bab Laalou). Highly recommended!

Beautiful, well-appointed, spotlessly clean, restored/modernized traditional space in a down-to-earth neighborhood about a block from the ocean. Medina is just a couple of blocks over and city center a short walk away. Great views from a peaceful balcony. Natalie is in the loop regarding the art and literary scene in Rabat. This is not a riad, which I much appreciated. I'd stay here again if I return to Rabat

We loved our stay at Nathalie's. The house is very nice and comfy, and is well located. Nathalie is an excellent host, she was always very attentive and made us feel at home. La casa de Nathalie es muy linda y agradable. Está muy bien localizada a pocos minutos de la medina y otros sitios de interés. Además, Nathalie es una anfitriona excelente. Nos recibió muy bien y fue muy atenta durante toda nuestra estadía.

We had the best time at nathalie's place. We struggled a bit to find the place initially but after the initial confusion we had a lovely stay. The place is very clean and the pictures are very accurate. It is located a short walk from the medina and the kasbah. For those interested in running, we had an amazing run along the boulevard right next to the ocean. Definitely recommended!

Nathalie's place is amazing: an authentic Moroccan house just right next to the Medina and the lighthouse on the beach.. It was an amazing experience to get to know her and to discover the city with her tips!

I have been living in Morocco for the last 8 years. I was born here, and have circled back to my birthplace. My father is Lebanese and my mother is French. I am primarily bilingual.
