Situated in a lively up and coming neighborhood! 2 private bedrooms, 2 private full bathrooms, ROKU TV’s in every room (only network channels provided via antenna. You must have your log ins to access apps), beautiful kitchen, living room and a private backyard with porch!
Conveniently located! Only 1.5 miles to Frenchman Street, 1.7 miles to the French Quarter, and 2.4 miles to Jackson Square and Bourbon St.! Accessible by RTA public transport located 2 blocks from the house. Plenty of Uber/Lyfts are always in the area for a quick ride to local attractions. Steps away from the hip Bywater, Marigny & St Roch neighborhoods, the Mississippi River and Crescent Park! We would love to host you!

This is a legal Short Term Rental. We abide by the rules and regulations enforced by the City of New Orleans and respect our community. One of the enforced regulations includes occupancy limits. No parties, events or gatherings. 4 individuals/guests/company/visitors max are permitted on the premises/property. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancelation of the booking at the guests expense (No Refund).

No guests under the age of 24 permitted unless accompanied by legal guardian. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on premises.

This is a Zero Tolerance policy.

Unless a late check out is previously arranged; there will be a $50 per hour late check-out fee. This penalty is in place to ensure the unit can be prepared in time for the next reservation.


No Smoking of any kind allowed inside of the residence. Please smoke on the comfortable outdoor patio. Failure to do so will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee. This covers a deep cleaning fee paid to the cleaning company. We provide every guest with a clean non-allergen, odor-free environment.

For security purposes outside areas are under 24/7 audio and visual surveillance.

Be respectful while having a great time. Quiet hours between 10PM-7AM.

Please report any issues, damage or missing amenities ASAP so we can get things fixed/replaced same day. No retroactive (full/partial) refunds will be issued if guests fail to report issues in real time.
