Interesting and quirky, in a very good location. Not for the over tall though!

Wow. What a great apartment. The location is absolutely fabulous if you want to stay right in the heart of Honfluer. The apartment is on the top floor therefore the stairs may not be for everyone but my family had no issues with them. Honfluer is a very old town and Bruno's apartment has loads of character. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. We loved the quirky 15th century building, the views from the window over a bustling Honfleur street and the ability to just walk round the town so easily! Great space for a family of 4 and nicely decorated. Also recommend a meal at Gambetta up the road, amazing restaurant and right on the doorstep! Thank you Bruno for the lovely stay.

The flat is in a great location, at the heart of Honfleur. It's at the top of the building and on a very warm day, it's horribly hot. While it wasn't a problem for us, the staircase is likely to prove tricky for some.

We had a super couple of days at the Maison du Gouverneur in Honfleur with our 11 year old and our Border Collie. Bruno was extremely helpful and quick to reply to emails and met us personally when we arrived in Honfleur to show us the apartment. We loved it! It was a real adventure staying in a 16th Century home and climbing the spiral stairs. The apartment was very cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed, right in the heart of the historic town. Bruno also gave us some great recommendations for walks and sights to take in, and left some restaurant tips too. We'd highly recommend it! (as long as you're ok with stairs and beams, it's a wonderful place).

Thank you very much to Bruno and Sophie for all your assistance in advance of and during our stay. The flat had everything we could have needed, had real personality and was central, yet completely quiet - perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.
