With a little less then 20 square meters, we managed to designed a place with style and function. All necessary equipment you are about to find in this studio. From an extendable bed with storage underneath to the latest kitchen equipment you won't miss anything.

You will have free access to the laundry in the basement. We have the latest BOSCH and SIEMENS washer and dryier for you - free of charge for AirBnB-Guests.

Beside that we have two parking places in the inner courtyard. For an extra 120 EUR / month you can safe much time not looking for a parking place. Please ask when you book for availability.
