Room in a home

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Private bedroom with a comfy queen bed and shared bathroom, located in south Nashville area, about 10-15 minutes from the airport and from downtown. The south suburbs such as Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Brentwood are all fairly accessible as well. Musicians and other creatives are encouraged! Hope you dig my quirky '60s decor.

The space
I'm a professional guitarist and I may be practicing, giving lessons, etc. throughout any given day, so be prepared to hear some music if you're planning on staying here! If you're a musician as well, I'm pretty much always up for some jamming and I might have some good recommendations for open mics/open jams/shows to see, etc.

Guest are welcome to use any kitchen supplies, iron/steamer, closets/hangers, towels, laundry, etc. Just ask! Extra blanket and pillows can be found in the bedroom closet.

Wifi info and my contact info can be found on the shelf in the guest room.

Parking in the driveway is recommended--we can make arrangements depending on each other's schedules so that no one is being blocked in! There are some good spots in the street also but it's better to check with me so that we can ensure your car will be okay.

Conveniently located to downtown, airport area, Franklin, Brentwood, etc. There are quite a few Mexican restaurants and taco trucks nearby, as well as a pretty nice music store, several grocery stores, and many other ethnic food options. There are also several cool coffee shops in Berry Hill and Lenox Village that are relatively close.
