The space
The Newton house was built in 1859 and features a large rocking chair front porch and off street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Augusta's vibrant art scene, with tons of unique restaurants and bars. There are 6 units in the building, all available through airbnb.

Each unit has a full kitchen and private bath.
There is a stove, coffee maker, microwave and full size fridge.

This unit is on the ground floor in the back of the building.

There is a 65" television, log in to your accounts to use Netflix,Amazon Prime and other subscription channels.

This unit also features a private screened in porch.

The house is approximately 4.5 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course, home of the Masters.

Also conveniently located for regatta events on the Savannah River, Iron man, St. Patty's Day and Arts in the Heart.

Georgia's new multi million dollar Cyber Security Center is also only a few blocks away.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside.
This includes vapes, of any kind.

Feel free to enjoy the private screened in back porch or have coffee on the large front porch.

At this time, we only allow dogs. they must remain leashed when outside of the unit. Please clean up after your pet outside. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time this includes the bed.
