Seth was a fantastic host! This place was about what I expected because I had high expectations and he completely delivered. Anyone spending time in Poughkeepsie, say visiting college students--or in the Hudson Valley area in general, this is a great place to land.

Great place with lots of light in a quiet residential neighborhood. It had everything we needed and is charming. The bed is extra firm, fyi. No blackout curtains and fairly light in the bedroom once the sun rises, so plan accordingly. Overall a great place. Seth knows the area very well and will give you ideas for restaurants, day trips, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & comfortable spot . It's not the prettiest neighborhood, but it's very centrally located. And the house is really a sweet little spot. Seth is a great host - dependable & responsive. Perfect AirBnb

Seth User ProfileSeth is a superhost.

I'm a writer, marketing consultant and designer who splits time between Upstate NY and New York City. My girlfriend Erin and I love to travel, discover fun towns, eat great food, hunt for antiques, and welcome newcomers to the Hudson Valley.

I publish a blog that's dedicated to travel, food and culture in Upstate NY called An Upstate of Mind. If you do a quick search, it should come right up. I’m happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, day trips and other attractions tailored around whatever you like to do.
