Beautiful apartment abuhardillado, has been rehabilitated with a special charm: from the spacious living room - dining room you access a furnished terrace for you to enjoy unbeatable views of the old town (and the towers of the Cathedral). Very bright.

The space
It has 2 very bright bedrooms where you can rest without noise problems because we are off the route of the nearest bars. The largest room has a 1.80 bed and a very nice reading corner, plus the 2 windows on the roof allow you to see the sky when you are in bed or the comfortable armchair. The other room has 2 90 cm beds and a desk to work comfortably.
With a spacious and cozy living room - dining room with 55" smart TV and a very comfortable large sofa, plus a table with 4 chairs and direct access to the kitchenette.
The kitchen has all the appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, lemon squeezer, blender and multiple kitchen utensils.
The house has split air conditioning in all rooms.
