The space

Cadiz apartment is oriented to the North and South, allowing to have a light and fantastic temperature throughout the year.
It is an apartment of more than 50 m2 habitable with one bedroom very gende which allows host to 2 or 3 passengers comfortably. With kitchen, living-dining room and bathroom separate. Ideal for a couple with two children.
Enjoy your holidays with the more than 80.000 Sq. meters of the hacienda in the countryside near to the beach. Fully equipped with kitchen, laundry machine, owen, and a swimming pool.

The Buenavista Hacienda is located in the village of Chilches, Vélez Málaga. Located in a priviledge site, it has 8 apartments in direct contact with nature.
A place of rest and tranquility from which you can enjoy all the services and activities proposed by a region such as La Axarquia, in the Centre of the Costa del Sol. Beach, Sun, snow, mountain, water sports, golf, culture, gastronomy... are some of the advantages that will have at its disposal to live in a rural setting, just 15 minutes from Malaga and with the most enviable climate in Europe.
The Buenavista Hacienda has a plot of 80,000 m2 of trees and mount low, which in addition to the House has an area for barbecues, a large car park and a swimming pool with lawn.
The building is structured around a central courtyard that distributes accesses to different apartments. They are eight houses of different sizes and with various rooms, all equipped with fully equipped kitchen and all filled with the light of Andalusia.
The estate consists of 8 fully-equipped apartments where you will find bed linen, towels, washing machines, ovens. And where you can choose between 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments housed in comfort from 1 up to 7 passengers per apartment. With their almost 40 beds can accommodate conventions, events, celebrations... Etc.
You have been name to apartments in honor of 8 provinces of Andalusia. Malaga, Cadiz, Almeria, Granada, Cordoba, Jaen, Huelva and Seville.

All bedrooms have air conditioning hot / cold. We are aware that the environment is a key factor for global sustainability and that is why our systems are equipped with consumer controllers to motivate responsible consumption. The cost of this service is 0.25 € per hour of work. It is a responsible cost, shared between the traveler and the property. In the rest of the rooms there are additional fans and heaters.

Chilches, is a small town in the heart of the Axarquía located in the west end of the town of Velez-Malaga, Malaga Province, Andalusia, Spain.

Only 20 kilometers from Malaga, its international airport, its transatlantic station, 5 kilometers of Rincon de la Victoria and close proximity to shopping and entertainment centers, Chilches becomes a very attractive destination for those who wish to make a break from their everyday and feast on a holiday in our apartments or individual houses tasks.

Chilches climate-and the La Axarquía Costa del Sol is basically Mediterranean with mild winters and warm summers. The specialty of the climate of this region east of the province of Malaga is its geographical location, north is protected from cold winds by the Sierras Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama.

The influence of the Mediterranean Sea makes these temperatures do not vary much, much environmental as seawater are welcome throughout the year. There are three types of climate, but not many variations between them. The coastal area between Malaga and Nerja have an exceptional climate with an average temperature of 10 ° C in January and 25 ° C in August.

In the valleys of the interior climate it is slightly different, the winters are warmer summers and cold. People that are over 900 meters have colder winters and summers are less warm than on the coast.

The place is very quiet, on the top of a hill and with a 360 degree views. You have to make an appointment to get there, and either Jose Luis or Carmen will come to pick you up. Don't try to get there by yourself, you will not find it! The place is most suitable for families with or without children, for children is perfect since they can run in the patio freely. There is a supermarket down the road and you can reach the A7 motorway that brings you to either Malaga or Almeria in 5 minutes. You hear the motorway which ruins a bit the quiet, but after a while you get used. The swimming pool is a perfect place to relax and read. Not recommended for young people or party lovers, or people without a car

Logement en accord avec la description, endroit calme et agréable, parfait pour des vacances en famille, un petit peu moins pour des vacances entre jeunes dût au fait qu'il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer.
