Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening blinds and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Large 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchenette, living room and French doors opening out onto a beautiful front porch for drinks and dining. Watch the world go by in this quiet, neighborhood setting. Wooden floors, custom cabinets, contemporary Med feel peppered with antiques. Walk to Chapman University in 5 minutes, another 10 to Orange Plaza's great restaurants. Disneyland is 4 miles away. The Honda Center and Angels Stadium are 2 miles close. Beaches within 10 miles. Guests exclaim, "Wow!"

The space
Master bedroom has a large, mirrored closet and awesome king-size bed. Bathroom has huge walk-in shower and makes you feel like you are in a relaxing spa. Plenty of extra towels and beach towels. Living room has American Leather queen sleeper, comfy to watch the tv and heavenly to sleep on. Prepare a meal on the quartz counter top and serve on the butcher block island or outside on the porch. Microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer-all new! Pots, pans, dishes, spices-everything you need to be creative. You can walk to the convenience store or the grocery store. Relax in your slippers on the wooden maple floors or Persian rugs. This is better than home away from home!

You'll love the front patio looking out to the world. Great to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine out here.. Cook, sleep, relax, wash your clothes or feel the great pressure from the shower. This can be ALL yours! Enjoy your privacy. Or, walk over to Chapman University to enjoy the lush grounds, a concert or lecture, or walk along the neighborhood to see the multitude of early 1900 homes..

Other things to note

Neighbourhood highlights

You can walk everywhere! Downtown Orange transforms you back in time about 80 years with its vintage homes and great restaurants like Citrus City Grille and Francoli’s Italian Restaurant. I love just taking a 15-60 minute walk in the morning or evening. It's great for your health and there is so much to see. All the homes are unique and have beautiful gardens (and lots of fresh fruit that neighbors are willing to share). You haven't tasted fruit until its been picked right off the tree. On Saturdays we have the farmers market. Break up the boredom.
