Rose and Patrick's our lovely hosts and their place is beautiful and quiet, just what we were looking for. Our kids loved exploring the paddocks and our eldest even got to feed the sheep. We didn't end up staying in the same house but in a separate self-contained house on the farm which was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Great food at the local pub too. We would definitely stay again, only longer next time!

Rose and Patrick were wonderful hosts! I booked the place while we were already driving towards Wales - it was last second request and the weather was in it's worst. If you would like to experience how would you feel in a traditional farm house with a luxury breakfast - this is it! High class place! Fresh air and tranquility! The rest is Love that you carry in your heart!

What a gorgeous house and an absolutely idyllic spot! Rose and Patrick were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, even when we arrived really late after an evening at the Hay Festival. We all had a really comfortable night in the lovely family room. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful room overlooking a field of sheep! The perfect hosts and an absolutely charming house and garden!

Rose and Patrick were very welcoming, their home is beautiful and the surroundings idyllic. The rooms were nicely decorated homely and the beds were comfortable. We stayed with our 2 young daughters (aged 1 and 2) who had a wonderful time seeing chicks hatch from eggs and 2 very friendly dogs in the house, and chickens, geese, guinea fowls and Shetland ponies out on the farm. Breakfast was plentiful varied and again great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I love living my life in Breconshire and I enjoy meeting and welcoming guests here to stay in both the cottages and farmhouse B&B. Apart from my work and looking after our many animals, I play tennis, like visiting art exhibitions, reading and I have a particular interest in gardening. That certainly does not mean that I am an expert and I definitely don't like weeding. I have some bees and I am learning how to look after their needs and their habitat.
