Restored 19th century farmhouse off the beaten path. Newly renovated second floor lodgings for you with queen bedroom, sitting area with daybed/trundle and single sofa bed and shared bathroom. Lots of woods to roam, mountain bike trails up the street, lovely brook on property. Approximately 40 minutes to Loon and Waterville Valley ski areas. 25 minutes from Plymouth.

Other things to note
Mobile phone service is unavailable at Woodacres although texting usually works once connected to the internet. My voice contact is through my landline which guests are welcome to use. Thank you!

I live on first floor of house with my very friendly dog. I’m open to chatting around the fire if you wish, or you are welcome to complete privacy in your own spacious suite. I do some local hiking with my dog and friends and can suggest some lovely hikes.
